ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Roaming Sous Chef, you will be the backbone of our culinary operations, providing crucial support across our Kent-based venues. You will cover holidays, sickness, and assist each Head Chef in the day-to-day running of their kitchens. Your role will be integral in maintaining the high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Site Support: Travel to various locations across Kent, stepping in as needed to support the Head Chef in the smooth operation of each kitchen.
• Kitchen Leadership: Lead kitchen teams in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring consistency in food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Training & Development: Assist in the training and development of kitchen staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Health & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene and health and safety standards in all kitchens, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Flexibility: Be fully flexible and ready to adapt to different kitchen environments and team dynamics.
