We have an exciting opportunity of General Manager at The Mermaid in Brixham. Bar Experience is essential for this role, as is Team Management and the experience of being a Bar Manager as a minimum. We are part of a forward thinking locally owned Hospitality & Retail Group, with opportunities to progress within the business. This position is day and evening based - working 44 - 48 hours, 5 days per week, including Friday & Saturday nights. Our pay rates are dependent on experience and performance - salary or hourly pay available and based on age and experience.
Your main duties will include -
- Serving Customers & Building Rapport
- Upholding a Premium Experience
- Supervising Team Members in the Absence of the Venue Manager and Upholding Venue Standards
- Stock Taking, General Ordering & Organising
- Locking Up & Cashing Up
