As a Sous Chef at Nell’s you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our NY inspired MCR made pizzas.

• Lead & Inspire: Assist the Head chef in guiding your team to excellence in all aspects of kitchen operations, from recruitment and food safety to stock levels, prep, rotas, food quality, service times, and cleanliness. Lead by example and set the gold standard.
• Innovate & Improve: Bring creative ideas that keeps the kitchen and the teams performance evolving.
• Cultivate & Develop: Foster a culture of learning and development within your team. Encourage ownership of personal growth while providing support, guidance, and training. Your leadership will help our team reach new heights.
