Think.…. Goldfish bowls, rubber ducks, bathtubs, plant pots, bonbons, test tubes, candyfloss and dry ice, a huge range of unique and quirky cocktails ready for their ‘insta moment’. Over 100 bottled beers and ciders, 30 flavoured Gins and 50 different soft drinks. Ice cold pints of Peroni, homemade lemonade topped with zesty lemon sorbet, or the perfect liqueur coffee, we really do have something for everyone!

• Welcoming guests into the bar area, taking orders and dispensing a range of drinks from our fabulous variety of menus.
• This is fast paced role and requires excellent communication and organisation skills – we encourage interaction between our teams, and to our guests – so being a chatter box is ideal providing you can multi-task.
• Fulfilling guests orders accurately and as efficiently as possible whilst not compromising the quality of our products, or, the level of service provided.
• Having a full understanding of our menu and exceptional product knowledge so that you can confidently make recommendations to our guests and help answer any questions.
• Helping to prepare the bar areas (and the restaurant from time to time) for our guests’ arrival and ensuring the ambience is set appropriately in line with the Chilled standard (think lights, music, candles).
• Ensure we all remain safe, legal, and compliant in line with the various policies and processes we have in place (all will be briefed during your induction) – an example of this would be adhering to our ‘Challenge 25’ age verification policy.
• Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations at our half-yearly ‘shake-off’ competitions.
• Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends & legislation (we’ll help with this).
