Descrizione del lavoro La dimora è attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Commis de Rang da inserire nel team di San Baylon, ristorante di punta della struttura. Principali Mansioni: Supporta lo Chef de Rang nell’erogazione del servizio in sala, portando i piatti dalla cucina al tavolo, occupandosi della mise en place dei tavoli e dello sbarazzo, secondo le procedure e gli standard di servizio; Mantenere l’ambiente del ristorante sempre pulito e ordinato, curando con attenzione il decoro di ogni area, inclusi i tavoli e le zone di passaggio; Assicurarsi che le aree di back office del ristorante siano sempre in perfette condizioni di pulizia e ordine, contribuendo al buon andamento delle operazioni; Creare un’esperienza personalizzata per ogni ospite, instaurando un rapporto professionale e accogliente ogni volta che si interagisce con loro, per garantire il massimo livello di soddisfazione.
