At least 5 years’ experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or internal control. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of internal controls and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CAMS, CRMA) preferred.
