Our purpose-built offices are set in a rural headland location in Porthcothan, providing an inspiring work environment and convenient access to coastal walks. We are a dynamic and ambitious team, focused on sustained growth, and we are actively seeking a proactive team player to join our House Management department within our collaborative coastal office.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The core objective of this role within the House Management team is to ensure all holiday properties are consistently maintained to exceptional standards and presented impeccably. Additionally, the role involves the efficient management of property faults and emergencies as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption for our guests.
This position requires a blend of structured process adherence and agile, reactive problem-solving, necessitating strong workload management and organizational skills. This is a full-time role, comprising 40 hours per week, with standard office hours between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. We are open to considering part-time arrangements for exceptional candidates, and applicants interested in including Saturdays or Sundays as part of their regular working week are encouraged to apply. Remote “on-call” weekend and evening work will be required on a rota basis, with the potential for this aspect of the role to develop further. While primarily an office-based position, there is flexibility for 1-2 days of remote work per week.
