The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role in the Leadership Team, overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum. Acute / Ambulatory Setting: A valid, unencumbered Registered Nursing License approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing. Virtual Care Setting: If managing remote clinical care team members, active compact/multistate license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire.
