El Rol Como Asistente de Facturación, serás parte del equipo de Operaciones que brinda soporte en los procesos administrativos y de facturación asociados a los riesgos de CRB, Affinity y H&B. Tus principales funciones incluirán: Seguimiento a compañías de seguros para asegurar la correcta expedición de pólizas. Recepción, organización y baja de documentos con registro preciso y oportuno. Gestión de documentos necesarios para facturación y coordinación con otras áreas. Solicitud de novedades o modificaciones a las pólizas ante las aseguradoras. Ejecución del proceso de facturación, control de facturas pendientes y validación de documentos no facturados. Monitoreo de cargas masivas y verificación de envíos automáticos de bajas de renovación. Generación y seguimiento de cobros periódicos. Administración de información de pólizas en los sistemas designados. Gestión de comisiones por asignar y diferencias de comisión. Administración de indicadores del área. Apoyo a los procesos de cotización y/o emisión de pólizas en ramos generales, vida o autos.
