We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Letting Assistant to join our fantastic Estates team working between Chorlton High School and CHS South.
We’re looking for:
A Leisure Lettings Assistant to focus on supporting the use of leisure and sports facilities by various groups and individuals at our Chorlton High School and CHS South sites. You will be the first point of contact for hirers and users, welcoming them, addressing any inquiries, and ensuring safety.
We require reliable and committed individuals, within the local area, who are able to work evening and weekends and be flexible around booking demands.
You will ideally have previous experience in a customer facing role and great attention to detail. You will be required to carry out some heavy lifting e.g. moving of equipment and deliveries, setting up equipment for sporting events etc.
Due to the nature of the work, we can consider flexibility with hours and all year round or term time only arrangements. We are happy to consider appointing people on a job share basis to cover shift demands.
Main purpose of the job:
In this customer facing role as Lettings Assistant you will act as a point of contact for all hirers/users, in case they have any queries or issues.
You will work closely with our estates team and school staff to ensure facilities are properly set up, cleaned, and maintained, and that hirers have a positive experience.
