The Castle Hotel Macroom requires an experienced hospitality professional for the position of Food&Beverage Manager in this family run, 4 star hotel with a strong F&B trade. Experience:

• Hospitality: 5 years (required

• Supervise and control all catering outlets in the hotel to the required standards
• Ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm friendly, courteous welcome on arrival & during their stay
• Look after rostering for all on the ground F&B Staff
• Ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress, appearance, body language & conduct is maintained
• Assist as much as reasonable coaching & training of new staff
• Maintain good liaisons & communications with management & all other departments
• Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards

  Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
