Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred). 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
