What You’ll Do Bid and Proposal Development: Lead the design and development of persuasive, high-quality bids and proposals for public sector clients. Translate complex client challenges into clear, actionable, and visually engaging solutions. Collaborate with Account Leads to craft compelling narratives and value propositions aligned with win themes. Collaboration and Quality: Partner with subject matter experts to ensure solutions are deliverable, commercially sound, and impactful. Conduct quality reviews to ensure submissions are compliant, clear, and client focused. Support the continual improvement of proposal templates, libraries, and reusable content. Business Development Support: Identify and shape opportunities during pre-sales engagements. Contribute to strategic initiatives, frameworks, and thought leadership content that strengthen 4OC’s public sector positioning. Essential Experience Proven experience in designing and delivering successful public sector bids or proposals. Strong understanding of UK public sector structures and commissioning processes.
