Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour Schedule: Part Time, Monday 7:00am - 3:30pm, Tuesday - Thursday 7:00am - 2:30pm What You’ll Do Review and receive documents, as applicable. Prepare documents accurately for scanning in accordance with established company and client guidelines. Perform high-quality scanning of records, ensuring the document count aligns with the batch cover sheet and that image quality meets required standards. Verify and index documents using company systems and software to release them into the production workflow. Consistently meet daily production goals set by operations leadership. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal team members and external clients. Comply with all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies at all times. Assist in training new team members by sharing knowledge of production processes and utilizing STAT Informatic Solutions’ training modules, as assigned. Monitor processing queues and respond as needed to ensure workflow continuity. Support quality control efforts and assist in the daily processing of reports, as directed. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards outlined in the employee handbook. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
