Replenishes supplies including soap, towels, toilet tissue, and other disposable items. Cleans vents, lights, walls, windows, mirrors, doors, including knobs, jambs and any hardware, fire extinguishers and telephones. Maintains carpets and hard surface flooring including scraping and refinishing. Collects all trash, bio-waste, recycling, chemo-waste, transports and dispossess in correct receptacle. Empties, clean, and relines trash receptacles. Sanitizes and spot cleans all horizontal surfaces, windows, and polished fixtures. Ensures patient/customer satisfaction with completed work. Follows assigned area work schedule flow, adjusting as needed to the daily operations of the hospital. Performs specialized or project cleaning as scheduled, and varying with assigned area. Stocking and replenishing of linens and scrub orders to par levels Must be responsible for job knowledge and abilities including understanding and applying policies and proced Qualifications Education: Reading, writing and mathematical skills at level normally acquired through completion of high school or equivalent preferred. Experience: No experience required. Two (2) Years Previous Commercial Cleaning Experience preferred. One (1) Year Commercial Floorcare Experience preferred. License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons required.
