JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and supervising experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is highly desirable, as it will be instrumental in project planning and scheduling.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, with proficiency in Primavera P6 considered an asset.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating initiative in improving processes. If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the necessary skills for this role, we encourage you to apply for the position of Site Supervisor.
