THE ROLE
Reporting into the Head of Sales, COOP, ASDA, Morrisons, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability for a customer portfolio mix we can align to your career ambitions and experience levels. In addition, you will have line management leadership responsibilities for a Customer Account Manager.
You will be responsible for building consumer-led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth, for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark. Through collaboration with your cross-functional team, you will be developing activation plans to help unlock the category opportunities you have agreed with your customer. You will be a team leader to a Customer Account Manager where you will be responsible for key customer escalations and delivering a best in class coaching and development programme to ensure progression through the organisation.
You will use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach in quickly resolving any potential challenges to achieving objectives.
