Their team works closely with clients to ensure every submission meets IRCC and ESDC standards while delivering an efficient, transparent, and professional immigration experience. Key Responsibilities Collect and review client documents for completeness and accuracy. Prepare and complete immigration application forms and supporting letters. Submit applications through IRCC and ESDC online portals in compliance with government requirements. Communicate with clients to gather information, clarify details, and provide case updates. Follow up with clients for missing or updated documents. Maintain and organise electronic and physical client files. Track application progress, deadlines, and submission statuses. Assist RCICs and Case Managers with file reviews and submissions. Liaise with government agencies such as IRCC, ESDC, and PNP offices when required.
