Jack Tyler Engineering exists to serve two main purposes:

• We sell and service the equipment that is required to provide clean water to the communities where we live and work. Everyone deserves clean water, and we strive to make sure there is an ample supply. Our equipment collects, treats, and distributes water and wastewater.
• We sell and service the rotating equipment that is required to keep manufacturing plants up and running in Arkansas and surrounding states. When plants close due to unplanned maintenance and downtime, it can cripple an organization and a community.

The specific equipment that we sell and service from our three Arkansas locations includes pumps and pump systems, compressed air systems, valves, actuators, mechanical seals, controls, water treatment equipment, wastewater treatment equipment, and water storage tanks.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to support our full marketing execution framework. This individual will manage CRM operations, campaign automation, lead tracking, and digital asset deployment across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is part technologist, part project manager, and full-time marketing enthusiast.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong understanding of marketing campaign strategy, performance reporting, analytics, and SEO principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or digital marketing
• Experience using HubSpot is required
• Experience using WordPress is required
• Familiarity with CRMs, email platforms, and automation tools
• Proficiency in campaign metrics, UTM tracking, form testing, and dashboard creation
• Working knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data fields, tags, and filters
• Strong attention to detail and task management
• Ability to work across departments and manage several concurrent projects
• Familiarity with content writing or basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe, social post drafting) is a strong plus

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain CRM data accuracy and contact segmentation
• Build and update landing pages, forms, and automated workflows
• Manage email and SMS campaign deployment and performance tracking
• Monitor and report KPIs via Google Analytics, HubSpot, and integrated dashboards
• Support quote form setup, e-commerce evaluations, and vendor listing updates
• Coordinate monthly scorecards, internal communication cadences, and vendor asset libraries
• Ensure campaign performance, A/B testing, and conversion tracking is implemented correctly
• Manage Google Analytics and reporting through Looker Studio or similar tools
• Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to support internal and external marketing requests
• Use project/task management platforms (ClickUp or equivalent) to stay on track and report progress
