DESCRIPTION

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire hiring process. You will deputise for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner when required, and support on the delivery of key projects and act as a coach / mentor to our Talent Acquisition Advisor to continue their development. Working closely with stakeholders to embed yourself into their business units by understanding their needs and delivering outstanding service to both candidates & stakeholders.
This is a minimum 10 Month Fixed Term Contract with possibility of extension – maternity cover.

Hiring:

• Conduct in-depth candidate screening calls to assess suitability and ensure we give excellent first impression of the business.
• Using LinkedIn to pro-actively headhunt & talent pool for current and future vacancies within your remit.
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations where roles are proving hard-to-fill
• Manage a fair & transparent internal & external hiring process contributing to us building a diverse and future ready workforce.
• Onboard successful applicants, including creating and sending contracts of employment, new starter documentation and obtaining references.
• Create and place engaging adverts on various job boards, social media, our internal intranet, and our website.
• Liaise with hiring managers, candidates and 3rd parties to arrange interviews, assessment days and booking meeting rooms accordingly.
• Support business Graduate hiring – managing plans, scheduling, candidate sourcing, university partnerships and designing assessment centres
• Provide your support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on continuous improvement recruitment projects as requested.

Stakeholder & Branding:

• Act as a brand ambassador for the business, providing an excellent candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
• Embed yourself as the ‘go to’ hiring partner for all business stakeholders within your remit, fully understanding what they do, how they do it and how to attract talent in these areas.
• Design and deliver regular hiring manager training to keep managers updated on processes and keeping them updated with market changes.

Reporting:

• Manage and maintain reports for DEI and KPIs – providing insights and observations on areas for improvement.
