OUR SCHOOL

Green School Bali is a progressive, dynamic PreK-12 school located in Bali’s lush jungle with a wall-less campus. We are a community of learners passionate about making our world sustainable, and our holistic, student-guided approach inspires and empowers us to be changemakers. Our living curriculum educates for sustainability through community-integrated, entrepreneurial learning in a natural environment. We strive to champion a new model of education that nurtures the whole child, giving them agency in their own lives and learning so they can thrive with purpose in our ever-changing world.
The Lower School consists of the Early Years and Primary School Learning Neighborhoods within the bigger Green School Bali community - with approximately 230 children across Pre-K to grade 5, our teaching teams deliver learning programs that are purposeful, inspiring also engaging.
By design and intent, Green School is a dynamic place – always changing, growing, and learning. While our learning program has solid foundations that foster the development of Green School Skills, we continue to evolve and embrace research-based, progressive Learning Principles designed to nurture the qualities and competencies to advance us toward a sustainable future.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (BY INDONESIAN LAW)

• Must hold at least a Master’s degree in Primary Education or a related field - and must have experience in leadership positions for a minimum of 5 years.
• Must be able to pass an HIV and drug test (legally required).
• Must not have any previous criminal convictions (legally required) and provide the police check statement.
• Must not have any Child Protection concerns on file at previous schools or workplaces.
• Must be able to provide an original copy of certifications, transcripts, and degrees (legally required).
• Any successful candidate must be willing to learn and communicate in Bahasa Indonesia.
