Build and foster strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact, demonstrating executive presence, and receiving high satisfaction on engagements. Responsible for engagement initiation, planning, management, and completion as defined in VMG policies. Review and approve reports, before submitting to the client, as requested. Provide clear and concise presentations of findings and implications to clients. Ensure staff understands strategic implications of findings. Understand and articulate clients’ needs to team. Originate new clients, selling a sustained level of annual fee volume (approximately half of which must come through a primary originator role). Seek opportunities to expand and strengthen personal network, collaborating with colleagues to generate cross-selling opportunities. Complete all administrative functions, mandatory training, and other internal responsibilities in a timely manner. Review monthly billing promptly to support timely and accurate billing of clients. Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and company need. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
