Founders 3 is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at an apartment complex in the Oak Creek area. Responsibilities include: monitor the property, conduct daily walk throughs, porter the site inside and out, organize on-site inventory, maintain preventative maintenance programs, oversee repairs to the mechanical systems. Other responsibilities include: Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry Complete manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, minor plumbing and electrical Conduct general property upkeep including: partial landscaping, pest control, painting and light carpentry Perform property inspections Prepare building or property reports on computer or tablet You will be part of a rotation of technicians providing after hours emergency coverage to a portfolio of Founders 3 managed buildings in the area.
