RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop large features from start to finish
• Shape our (frontend) development practices
• Shape our (frontend) architecture
• Be critical and honest about the engineering practices we employ
• Reason for change and pushback against “normalcy” if it is for the better of the team
• Bring a new angle of view to the team for the problems we are facing
