We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more.
We are looking to hire a Program Manager to manage the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) crisis program’s quality, clinical, staffing and financial outcomes. This person will serve as the clinical supervisor for this regional program, including coordination with contracted psychiatrists and other physicians, state of GA officials and other stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to express and exchange ideas through verbal and non–verbal communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively understand regulation requirements, multi-task, train staff, and provide LPN clinical oversight, as applicable.
• Possess the skills to operate independently and/or in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work or other human service-related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience providing services for people with ASD
• Minimum of two years’ supervision experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Certification and ongoing training in crisis intervention curriculum
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Must be computer literate
• Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license, training and/or certifications.

Preferred:

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT or BCBA licensure/certification, in good standing
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with ASD/IDD who are in crisis.
• Experience with budget management.
• Working knowledge of DBHDD service system
• Three years’ experience supervising professional clinical staff

• Maintain system for collecting program specific information including key data points.
• Maintain quality outcome data
• Reviews all critical incidents and incidents of physical intervention
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Assists in case management functions and discharge planning
• Ensures compliance with Best Practices Standards for Behavioral Support Services
• Serve as the primary liaison with the Benchmark Crisis Assistant Director in adherence to DBHDD and accreditation safety and service standards
• Assist in the development of an annual operational budget for the program within the levels of contractual funding.
• Operate the ASD home program within the established operational budget guidelines.
• Must report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation to supervisor or department head.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling of ASD home staff.
