Our work is represented in top galleries across the nation, with a strong focus on producing visually striking, high-quality content that resonates with art collectors, interior designers, and a global audience.
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. This role will focus on managing and growing the social media presence for Anna Sweet Fine Art, driving engagement, brand awareness, and sales through compelling visual storytelling.

JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of social media management experience and a proven track record of growing accounts — professional or personal — through strategic content creation.
This is a part-time, hybrid role with flexible scheduling, but candidates must be available to come in once a month to capture in-studio content. You will be fully responsible for ideating, creating, and executing the social media strategy for Anna Sweet Fine Art. This includes developing a monthly content plan, which must be prepared and proposed in advance for approval before execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing and growing social media accounts.
• Must provide examples of accounts successfully managed (professional or personal) with measurable growth results.
• Strong photography and video skills, including editing for social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to ideate and implement complete social media strategies.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Availability to work in person once per month in Dundee, OR for content capture.

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Anna Sweet Studios’ brand identity and business goals.
• Create a monthly content calendar and present it in advance for approval.
• Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Ideate, produce, and edit visually compelling, on-brand content (photos, Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, etc.).
• Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Track analytics to measure growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the studio team for campaigns, product launches, and behind-the-scenes features.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure brand voice consistency across all channels.
