JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting for an Internal Communications Adviser to join our team, focusing on delivering all staff events and managing our core channels for communicating with colleagues. Working within a multi-disciplinary team within the DSIT Communications directorate, you will deliver effective internal communications aligned with departmental objectives and the new Permanent Secretary’s priorities.
This role supports DSIT’s Internal Communications Strategy objectives to build understanding of departmental purpose, help colleagues connect their work to that purpose, support DSIT’s culture, build pride in DSIT’s work, and support colleagues through organisational change.
