Description
Propósito del Cargo Realizar contacto de clientes, con el objetivo de notificar el arribo de los envíos formales, vender el servicio de liberación de aduana que brinda DHL Express y hacer seguimiento a los procesos de liberación encarados con la agencia interna de la compañía, con el objetivo mejorar la experiencia de los clientes en los procesos de envíos formales. Responsabilidades principales: 1. Contactar de manera diaria a los clientes identificados que necesiten el servicio de aduanas, para informar la llegada de su envío u ofertar el servicio de liberación de aduanas. 2. Hacer seguimiento a los envíos de mayor cuantía que los clientes acepten nacionalizar con la compañía, manteniendo informado en todo momento al mismo de los avances, hasta la liberación final. 3. Asesorar al cliente sobre los procesos y procedimientos aduanales, incluso en los casos que el envío necesite algún permiso o licencia de importación. 4. Recibir llamadas entrantes de clientes, ya sea que tengan cuenta en DHL como aquellos potenciales que requieren información sobre servicios y/o tarifas. 5. Mantener constantemente actualizados los files de los clientes de las importaciones de envíos de mayor cuantía que estén bajo su responsabilidad de gestión. 6. Coordinar y hacer seguimiento al área de Gestión de Aduana ante cualquier requerimiento extraordinario por parte de la aduana o el cliente, con la finalidad de facilitar la documentación requerida. 7. Coordinar y hacer seguimiento con el Agente de Aduana y Finanzas el proceso de envíos DTP. 8. Coordinar con la administración Aduanera, recintos y aerolíneas. 9. Realizar visitas a los clientes con los Ejecutivos, para apoyar la venta del servicio de liberación de envíos de mayor cuantía. 10. Apoyar la venta del Servicio de Liberación de Aduanas, compartiendo información semanal o base de datos de clientes potenciales. 11. Cumplir con el procedimiento de gestión de Aduana y normativa / leyes del país relacionados a las importaciones, asegurando la calidad del proceso de importación de envíos de mayor cuantía. 12. Asistir a las capacitaciones o entrenamientos programados por la compañía, con la finalidad de asegurar la actualización de los conocimientos necesarios para desarrollar sus funciones. Requisitos del cargo: Profesionales en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Comercio Exterior o ramas afines. Conocimientos en Procesos de Aduana. Conocimiento en Técnicas de Ventas (deseable). Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en procesos aduaneros. Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en call centers o televentas (deseable). Inglés nivel técnico, deseable intermedio.
