Description

As Delivery Manager IT Operations, you are responsible for the quality and continuity of the entire IT service delivery within EBS. You work within a compact internal IT Operations team and collaborate closely with specialized external partners. As a result, the emphasis of this position lies on governance and supply chain management: you ensure that IT, business, and suppliers align well and that service delivery and agreements are actually delivered.
