The Order to Cash Sr Associate, will report directly to the Team Manager OTC Italy, and will be responsible for collections management integrated in the Italian team.
We offer a hybrid work model to be based in our offices in Milan (Sesto San Giovanni).
Contact customers to collect outstanding debt (phone, e-mail, visits).
At least 20% of time will be dedicated to travelling/visiting the clients (private and public hospitals) across Italy.
Coordinating customer queries with the relevant departments for dispute resolution and managing the administrative needs of customers to help them pay invoices (sending account statements, dunning letters, providing copies of invoices when necessary).
Own portfolio of low, medium, and high complexity accounts
Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts.
Follow assigned collections strategy.
Negotiate payment plans with customers.
Reporting the current situation, flagging any potential risks, escalate unresolved issues to the credit controller Manager for further action.
Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Sales, Customer Service, and any other departments.
Resilience and assertively managing relations with clients.
You will build a proactive relationship with the customer, continually looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication, and query resolution, ensuring compliance with collection policies and procedures, quality controls and implementation of process improvements.
