Customer Marketing Specialist II
We have an opportunity for a Customer Marketing Specialist II to join our team in Bucharest.
Be part of a team that develops comprehensive go to market strategies and concepts. You will engage with channel managers, industry sales leader, product marketing managers, offering managers and channel partners to lead development of content and digital marketing activation. You will be responsible for monitoring KPI’s, achievement of plan and presenting summary status to leadership.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials for new products and validate their accuracy with stakeholders. Facilitate ongoing communication and the creation of marketing assets for channel partners and end-users. Manage the activation of webpages with relevant teams
- Supports the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications to promote products and services, oversee the production of marketing collateral for Safety Products, including translation and regional adaptation, by coordinating with internal and external creative resources
- Enhancing existing marketing content and amplification of brand and products across various regions and channels, aiming to drive demand. Collaborate with demand generation, product managers, channel teams, and leadership to ensure success
- Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase profitable sales, brand growth, and customer loyalty, assists in the analysis of campaign performance and provides recommendations for optimization
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and adherence to brand standards, involving key stakeholders as necessary, prepare Marcom briefs and sales enablement tools, and supervise content and creative development
- Spearhead content enhancement for customer websites and eCommerce platforms, analyze marketing KPIs to develop insights and strategies
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer marketing / digital marketing & customer / data management role
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Proven experience with executing Marcom preferably in a B2B environment, basic experience in copywriting / content creation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong communication and presentation skills, strong project management skills, excellent organizational and project planning skills (Workfront experience is a plus), strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ability to work globally with different time zones
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven knowledge in Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign and SalesForce. Excel experience (nice to have)
