OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities across multiple small-scale construction sites (each up to £100k in value). You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and liaising effectively with both internal teams and client site contacts.
This is a mobile role requiring frequent site visits across the Northeast, Borders, and M62 Corridor, and would suit someone who is well-organised, self-motivated, and confident in managing people and processes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in site supervision or site management within construction or related industries.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel; confident with general IT use.
• A clean UK driving licence, be 25 years or older, and able to tow a trailer.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly between sites.

• Supervise ongoing activities across several small construction sites.
• Ensure timely delivery and organisation of materials and tools to site.
• Liaise directly with the client’s site contract team and maintain excellent communication.
• Allocate and supervise site labour efficiently, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Review and monitor HSE reports provided by our external Health & Safety partners.
• Support the delivery team with site setup, reporting, and general oversight.
