• Ability to engage in “The Art of the Possible” conversations regarding custom applications and API-based integrations

The ideal candidate balances technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively demonstrate how Pexip technology enhances the value of both new and existing applications and services. We are looking for someone who has most (if not all) of these qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of the collaboration industry and key protocols, including WebRTC, SIP, Firewall traversal, and VoIP, as well as legacy systems for seamless migrations
• Knowledge of ancillary technologies that support IP-based collaboration including firewalls, routers, media relays, reverse proxies, etc.
• Good understanding of third-party collaboration solutions within Pexip’s interoperability ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, Cisco, HP-Poly, Zoom, and legacy platforms like Skype for Business.
• Demonstrable knowledge of both traditional and modern compute environments, including virtualization, and a strong understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud
• Experience in a pre-sales role, collaborating with account management teams to drive new business opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to existing key customers.
• Demonstrable ability to work within a global team of engineers and account executives.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; Written and Verbal.
• Must be willing and eager to learn new technologies and develop both technical and soft skills for continuous growth.
• With a strong “can-do” attitude, willing to go above and beyond for customer and organizational success

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Pexip, a market leader in video interoperability and high-secure meetings, is looking for a proactive, results-driven solution architect. You will be responsible for technical leadership within the region and accountable to sales teams, customers, and partners. Your responsibilities will include solution design, security consultation and driving the ‘technical win’ for opportunities of all sizes. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring successful Proof of Concept installations for medium and large-sized customers, playing a vital role in positioning the company within a highly dynamic and competitive industry. You will also act as the bridge between customers and R&D, gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous innovation.
Together with the local account management team, you will drive adoption within the existing customer and partner base, as well as develop new business within the region.
