PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of progressive experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred
• Proven expertise in sourcing indirect categories (IT, professional services, facilities, MRO, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
• Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, vendor management, and risk assessment
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories aligned with organizational objectives
• Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and performance
• Lead contract negotiations, supplier selection, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders in Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, and Operations to understand business requirements and sourcing needs
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Manage supplier relationships and performance through scorecards, business reviews, and KPI tracking
• Drive process improvements in sourcing, procurement, and contract management
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and ethical sourcing practices
• Support budgeting and cost forecasting processes through accurate category spend analysis
• Mentor and guide junior sourcing or procurement professionals
