DAVITA IS HIRING A DIALYSIS NURSE (RN) TO GIVE LIFE BASED OUT OF OUR RIDGE PARK DIALYSIS IN CLEVELAND, OH.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a RN
• Training - Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3pm,
• After Training - Monday - Saturday 5:00am - 3:30pm (three days per week, rotational schedule with every other Saturday)
• Overseeing PCTs job performance; Assessment of patients pre, intra, and post treatment; documenting care plans monthly; pass medications daily and assesses pts needs based off their labs; Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which may require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility!
• The clinic has 13 chairs, with 2 - 3 dialysis techs scheduled per shift depending on patient census
• We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, extremely dependable, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working as a nurse
• You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
