WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• You’ll need to be good with people and happy resolving queries and problems. It’s the sort of job that suits approachable, helpful people who can express themselves well. You also need to be professional and efficient – ready to deal with tasks swiftly and accurately.
• GCSE Maths and English achieved at grade C (4) or above is essential.
• Experience using Microsoft applications is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the waste management industry would be fantastic but again, this is not obligatory.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• You will be based at our Morden Depot, Amenity Way, Morden, Surrey, SM4 4AX
• You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
• You will be earning £25,604.80, up to 3% bonus plus many SUEZ benefits.
• You will be working towards a level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times.
• Managing incoming phone calls or correspondence customers, logging any queries customers may have to the relevant departments through the internal business channels.
• Communicating with all levels within the business to help customers get swift and accurate resolutions to their queries.
• Monitoring the response time of, internally logged, customer disputes to assist our customers and support SUEZ company values.
• The successful candidate will also be expected to carry out general office admin and can benefit from the company succession plan, competitive rates of pay and an internal bonus scheme
