The SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant will play a key role in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions. Based in Mississauga, this position requires technical expertise in Employee Central Core, Global Benefits, Intelligent Services, and integrations with third-party tools and SAP HCM. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end implementations and provide ongoing support for Core HR processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Certification: SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central Core, Global Benefits, and Intelligent Services.

• At least 1 full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central with Benefits and SAP HCM.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
• Strong client service skills and collaborative mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules.
• Understanding of broader SAP HCM functionalities.

  The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50.85/hour - $79.46/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
