La personne est principalement chargée de la coordination technique nécessaire à l’analyse efficace des données relatives aux défaillances des systèmes d’aéronef et à l’élaboration des exigences en lien avec les tâches et les intervalles de maintenance planifiée au moyen des processus du Comité directeur pour la maintenance 3.
La personne doit posséder de solides aptitudes à l’analyse et à la résolution de problèmes, y compris la connaissance des processus d’analyse des systèmes AMDE, AMPEC et FRACAS de fiabilité et de maintenabilité. Elle doit avoir de l’expérience en gestion de projets complexes et être capable de travailler de façon indépendante ou en équipe.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE / QUALIFICATIONS

• De 10 à 15 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’aéronautique et en maintenance de préférence.
• Diplôme universitaire ou collégial connexe.
• Expérience confirmée dans les analyses MSG-3 de niveau I et de niveau II et excellente compréhension du processus MSG-3 du début à la fin.
• Expérience antérieure de collaboration directe avec les autorités de l’aviation (FAA, ACTC, AESA).
• Expérience approfondie de l’utilisation de logiciels d’analytique propres à MSG-3 (Relex, Reliasoft, Windchill, etc.) est souhaitable.
• Solides aptitudes à l’analyse et à la résolution de problèmes, y compris la connaissance des processus d’analyse des systèmes AMDE, AMPEC et FRACAS de fiabilité et de maintenabilité.
• Expérience en gestion de projets complexes et capacité à travailler de façon indépendante ou en équipe
• Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
• Excellentes connaissances en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

This position is primarily responsible for the technical coordination necessary to effectively analyze aircraft system failure data and develop initial scheduled maintenance task and interval requirements using Maintenance Steering Group 3 processes.
Scope of responsibilities include strong analytical and problem solving skills including Reliability & Maintainability FMEA, FMECA & FRACAS analytical processes. Experience leading complex projects; Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop program specific policy and procedure handbook to detail the MSG-3 process requirements and roles for the working group members. Additionally, this position is responsible for the final submission of the Maintenance Review Board Report to Transport Canada and the FAA ninety days prior to aircraft certification.
• Coordinate with analysts, engineers, operators, suppliers and regulatory authorities to perform analysis of aircraft systems in order to establish initial minimum scheduled maintenance task and interval requirements.
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the Industry Steering Committee and Working Group members to analyze aircraft systems and structures and present the results to the FAA for approval.
• Provide MSG-3 training to analysts and working group members on proper selection of maintenance and structural significant items to perform level I and II analysis.
• Provide MSG-3 expertise to all commercial program development and sustainment of maintenance task identification and interval selection for aircraft certification.
• Attend and represent Bell Textron at MSG-3 industry conferences (IMRBPB, MPIG, RMPIG, etc.)
• Identify certification maintenance requirement candidates and propose suitable MSG-3 task replacement using condition based maintenance and level I & II analysis techniques.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 0-15 years experience in aviation related maintenance preferred.
• University or College Degree in related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience performing MSG-3 Level I & II analysis and a thorough understanding of the MSG-3 process from start to finish.
• Prior experience working directly with aviation authorities (FAA, TCCA, EASA).
• Extensive experience using MSG-3 specific analytical software (Relex, Reliasoft, Windchill etc.), preferred.
• Scope of responsibilities include strong analytical and problem solving skills including Reliability & Maintainability FMEA, FMECA & FRACAS analytical processes.
• Experience leading complex projects; Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Functional knowledge in French is required
• Excellent knowledge in English is required for this position, as it involves communication in English with Bell teams outside of Quebec and/or its suppliers, partners, and clients outside of Quebec.
