The Antibody Development platform (ADP) Scientist role is responsible for leading molecular biology processes within the team, including the high-throughput recombinant conversion of antibodies (from our hybridoma and B cell discovery platforms), sequence analysis of antibody candidates, and ensuring plasmid clonality. Within the role there is also elements of troubleshooting, supporting method development, and innovation/optimisation of products and processes.
This position reports to the Director of Antibody Development and is part of the Antibody Development platform located in Cambridge (UK) and will be on-site. At Abcam, our vision is to be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.
