SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION- FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR

  • Greet all staff, REALTORs, clients, and the general public and make them feel welcome in our offices
  • Answer phone calls and transfer calls to REALTORS or appropriate staff, or provide support as needed
  • Help manage our cloud based filing system
  • Input showing instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with our documents-ensuring requirements are met
  • Input listings onto the MLS system
  • Monitor the listings/deals email accounts
  • Set up and audit all transactions & loose documents
  • Forward copies of Agreement and related paperwork to lawyers
  • Provide assistance as needed to other staff members, REALTORs, Management, our clients, and the public
  • Other general office duties- ordering and stocking supplies, light housekeeping, basic tech support (connecting to wifi, adding a printer), using templated listing displays, etc.

FURTHER DETAILS

  • Business Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm. Sundays 10am-3pm. 2+ shifts per week.
  • Monthly schedule is done by middle of previous month, so we give ample time for those who may be working elsewhere or need childcare.
  • We are looking for a candidate who has a good personality and good work ethic.
  • No Admin or real estate experience required, but would be considered a bonus.
  • Although you are typically the only Admin working in your physical office, you work as a team with other Administrators supporting other office locations
