Job Title: Beach Attendant Reports To: Director of Marine Transportation Summary: The Beach Attendant will set up beach equipment on our private beach area, greet and check-in guests in a pleasant and professional manner, escort them to their preferred area, and provide them with clean towels. This role will upkeep the beach, and lounge areas, enforce safety rules, and regularly check that equipment is functioning properly. The Beach Attendant may assist with marine transportation of Emerald Grande guests from the HarborWalk docks to the beach. **Compensation: $15/hour + tips and ridership Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Set up chairs and umbrellas prior to daily opening. * Fulfill guest request during the course of daily operation. * Break down and secure chairs and umbrellas at the end of the day. * Answer guest questions, provide solutions to their challenges, and ensuring they are completely satisfied with your services. * Store any other beach items/property and maintain a safe environment for adults and kids, while following company policies at all times. * Other duties as assigned.
