Description

LOGISTICS / WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics/Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is essential to ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth order processing, and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming and outgoing goods
  • Accurately process customer and internal orders
  • Pack and dispatch shipments according to company standards
  • Maintain real-time inventory records and perform stock audits
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
  • Prepare and submit daily operational and inventory reports
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate of any course; trainings in logistics/supply chain are an advantage
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic data analysis)
  • Experience in order processing systems and inventory software
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse workflows and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
