Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision and clinical oversight to licensed therapists, registered interns, and student interns within the JFCS Family Wellness Services Department. The position ensures high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery through regular supervision, documentation review, and adherence to best practices. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Senior Director of Family Wellness Services and the Manager of Intervention & Diversion Progams and participates in agency-wide quality improvement efforts. This role also maintains a small client caseload and serves as a point of contact for clinical crisis consultations, including Baker Act decisions.
