What you’ll do:

• Design and implement the affiliation strategy for PokerStars Italy, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Improve the partnership structure, incorporating analysis of return on investment and the use of performance-based compensation models.
• Define functional requirements and collaborate with product teams to evolve the Affiliation Platform and related tools.
• Coordinate the creation of digital materials and communication content for affiliates to ensure consistency and engagement.
• Craft and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of affiliates, improving their understanding of the PokerStars offering.
• Act as the main point of contact for key affiliate partners, managing day-to-day relationships and supporting business development.

What you’ll bring:

• You have solid experience in affiliate management or partner marketing, ideally in the online gaming or digital commerce sector.
• You have strong analytical abilities and can assess return on investment, performance metrics, and conversion data to inform strategic choices.
• You’re experienced in crafting incentive models and managing contractual and operational relationships with partners.
• You have excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills, particularly with tech, product, and marketing teams.
• You confidently communicate in both Italian and English, engaging internal and external collaborators at various levels.
• You’re at ease in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with a structured yet flexible approach.
• You are proficient in both Italian and English.
• You are willing to travel within Europe as required by business needs.
