We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to support our ongoing construction projects by ensuring all work meets contractual and regulatory standards. The QC Engineer will be responsible for inspecting on-site work, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction quality control (site-based experience preferred).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and inspection techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with QC/QA software is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections and prepare quality-related reports.
• Review material submittals and method statements for quality compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and consultants regarding inspections and approvals.
• Verify material deliveries and conduct material testing as per project requirements.
• Maintain a complete and organized record of QC documents, including inspection reports, test results, and approvals.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Assist in training site staff and subcontractors on quality procedures.
• Report and follow up on all quality issues to ensure timely corrective actions.
