Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead the overall finance strategy, planning, budgeting and financial management.
2. Oversee financial reporting, accounting, cash flow and management reporting.
3. Drive annual budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis.
4. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
5. Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Monitor financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
7. Oversee audits, tax matters and statutory financial requirements.
8. Develop and monitor financial KPIs and performance dashboards.
9. Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting operational excellence.
10. Support senior management in business planning, investments and major financial decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. UAE National with a valid Family Book is mandatory.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
3. Minimum 12 years of relevant finance experience, preferably with significant leadership experience.
4. Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, reporting, governance and controls.
5. Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
6. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is preferred.
