Main Responsibilities Be an integral part of the onboarding team by helping to define the needs of new customers. Plan and prepare the technological park required for the deployment of MEDFAR’s products. Implementation of functional interfaces required for the deployment of our products. Develop IT clinical processes related to the deployment ensuring optimal use of our EMR product. Participate in remote and on-site project deployments depending on size or complexity using tailored tools. Prepare and conduct advanced training adapted to the clerical and medical staff of clinics. Organize Q&A sessions for clients at clinics. Design presentations and write project reports. Support clients throughout the process.
