Description du poste AIM est présentement à la recherche d'un receveur non-ferreux pour son site AIM Recyclage Drummondville. Sous la supervision du directeur de site, le titulaire du poste sera responsable de l’entretien général des lieux. Il doit également participer au bon fonctionnement de la production, notamment en triant les métaux ferreux et non-ferreux. Il se doit de travailler de manière sécuritaire et cela en portant les équipements de protection individuelle et en respectant les consignes de sécurité. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Inspecter, trier et séparer différents matériaux ferreux, en enlevant tous les composants non recyclables L'utilisation sécuritaire et efficace d'un chariot élévateur à fourche pour faciliter le mouvement des matériaux à l'intérieur de l'installation Utilisation d'une chargeuse frontale pour recevoir et décharger en toute sécurité les matériaux des clients, y compris le déplacement des matériaux dans la cour Aider au traitement du métal par l'équipement de coupe, de cisaillement et de déchiquetage pour les préparer à un traitement ultérieur Tenir des registres précis de l'inventaire et de la notation à l'aide de téléphones ou de tablettes En respectant toutes les directives et tous les protocoles de sécurité, en portant l'équipement de protection individuelle (EPI) approprié Garder les zones de travail propres et organisées, assurant un environnement de travail sûr et efficace Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle tout en travaillant avec les membres du public Qualifications Pour vous joindre à notre équipe : Vous avez un minimum de 1 an d'expérience en tant que journalier ou receveur dans un milieu industriel (un atout) Vous avez de l'expérience dans le recyclage de métaux (un atout) Vous êtes en bonne conditon physique et capable d'effectuer des tâches physiquement exigeantes, y compris soulever des objets lourds, rester debout pendant de longues périodes et travailler dans diverses conditions météorologiques ; Vous êtes capable de gérer un environnement de travail au rythme rapide, de s'adapter aux priorités changeantes et de bien performer sous pression ; Vous avez 1-2 ans d'expérience pour opérer un chariot élévateur (un atout); Vous êtes minutieux et aimez le travail répétitif; Vous êtes fiable, responsable, débrouillard, ponctuel et assidu; Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un milieu bruyant et poussiéreux; Vous avez une connaissance des métaux (un atout); Vous aimez le travail en équipe et pouvez aussi travailler de manière autonome; Vous avez une bonne volonté d'apprendre à utiliser de l'équipement lourd comme une chargeuse frontale; Vous êtes consciencieux de la Santé et sécurité du travail; Vous êtes à l’aise de porter des équipements de protection individuels (masque, bouchons, casques, gants, etc.); Informations supplémentaires Fer et métaux américains (AIM) et ses filiales sont un employeur offrant l'égalité des chances.
