Sitting within the People Operations team and reporting to the Manager of People Systems, this role plays a critical part in optimizing our global HR systems, primarily Workday and driving forward our people data strategy. You’ll be hands-on with system configuration, lead key projects, and partner cross-functionally to deliver smart, scalable solutions that support a growing global workforce. Responsibilities: Collaborate with People Systems Analysts to enhance and optimize Workday functionality and implement solutions that improve usability and adoption Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose scalable system solutions, and lead the end-to-end implementation process Configure and maintain Workday modules including Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security groups Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions across the People team and broader organization Monitor and improve existing Business Processes and design new ones to support evolving business needs Participate actively in the Workday Community and stay current on new features and best practices Document system configurations and maintain SOPs, training materials, and end-user guides Lead and support key initiatives including system audits, integration reviews, and Workday bi-annual release testing and deployment Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to manage integrations, data quality, and system access management WHO YOU ARE You’re a detail-obsessed systems thinker with a passion for people tech.
