Description du poste Affichage (poste): #25-26/APS.025-3 Type de poste: Temporaire Répartition: 10 mois du calendrier scolaire (1er septembre au 30 juin) Taux horaire: 34.05$/heure, selon l’échelle de la convention collective Date de début du contrat: Dès que possible Date de fin du contrat: Retour indéterminé Date de début d’affichage: 16/12/2025 Date de fin d’affichage: 22/12/2025 Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des plans d’apprentissage personnalisés (PAP) des élèves à besoins divers de la maternelle à la 12e année ; Soutenir les élèves à besoins divers en utilisant une variété de stratégies d’intervention et des techniques de résolution de conflits, dans le but de faciliter leur inclusion sociale et scolaire ; Créer et préparer le matériel d’apprentissage adapté aux besoins de l’élève (support visuel ; support tactile ; etc.) en lien avec les recommandations du PAP ou des plans mis en place par l’équipe d’intervention ; Assister et accompagner les élèves afin de les aider à développer leurs habiletés et compétences vers leur autonomie (ex : besoins personnels et habiletés de vie ; etc.) ; Observer et documenter les comportements et les interactions des élèves et partager ces données avec l’équipe d’intervention dans le but de mieux répondre à leurs besoins ; Signaler, documenter et partager aux personnes responsables tout incident, inquiétude et préoccupation reliés à la sécurité et au bien-être (physique et socio-émotionnel) des élèves, y compris ceux de nature confidentielle.
