La mission du ou de la Spécialiste en merchandising visuel chez Cozey Relevant du ou de la Directeur(trice) de la stratégie et des opérations de vente au détail, votre mission est de diriger l'expérience visuelle en magasin à travers notre réseau de détail en Amérique du Nord. Vous concevez les aménagements, gérez la trousse d'échantillons en magasin (échantillons de tissus, miniatures, accessoires), exécutez les commandes de produits auprès des fabricants, pilotez la logistique en magasin et guidez le ou la Responsable visuel(le) dans chaque boutique — le tout afin de maximiser la conversion, les ventes au pied carré et la cohérence de la marque dans chaque emplacement Cozey. Ce que vous ferez Diriger l'exécution des aménagements de vente au détail et du merchandising visuel dans l'ensemble des boutiques permanentes et des pop-ups au Canada et aux États-Unis — concevoir les plans de magasin, les planogrammes, la signalétique, les présentoirs de produits et la trousse d'échantillons en magasin (échantillons de tissus, miniatures, accessoires) — et appliquer les directives de merchandising visuel de manière cohérente lors du lancement de nouvelles collections, en partenariat avec les équipes Marque et Produit. Effectuer des audits réguliers en magasin à travers le réseau pour assurer la conformité aux directives de merchandising visuel, et assurer un suivi structuré avec les responsables de boutique afin d'aligner les priorités d'amélioration. Guider et accompagner le ou la Responsable visuel(le) en magasin dans chaque emplacement Cozey afin que les directives de merchandising visuel, les présentoirs et les standards de marque soient respectés de manière uniforme à travers le réseau — se déplacer dans chaque boutique sur une cadence trimestrielle pour offrir une formation sur le terrain, partager les meilleures pratiques et débloquer les enjeux d'exécution en magasin. Prévoir et planifier les besoins en présentoirs, en salle d'exposition, en échantillons et en accessoires de merchandising par boutique, puis émettre et suivre les commandes de produits directement auprès des fabricants — en gérant les échantillons, les présentoirs, les délais de livraison et les coûts unitaires. Gérer les dépenses quotidiennes de merchandising visuel par rapport au budget annuel établi avec le ou la Directeur(trice), Stratégie et opérations de vente au détail, en collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Chaîne d'approvisionnement sur les arbitrages d'assortiment et d'approvisionnement. Coordonner la logistique entrante de bout en bout des produits de merchandising visuel vers chaque boutique au Canada et aux États-Unis — transitaires, dédouanement transfrontalier, réception en magasin, gestion des défectueux, retours aux fournisseurs, rotation des présentoirs, et délais de livraison et plans de contingence afin que chaque boutique ouvre, se renouvelle ou se repositionne dans les temps et dans le respect de la marque. Atteindre les résultats attendus du poste : hausse du taux de conversion en magasin, score de conformité aux audits de merchandising visuel, taux de livraison dans les délais des produits de merchandising visuel, et respect du budget annuel de merchandising visuel.
